Das agências internacionais: O psicólogo Cliff Arnall, da Universidade de Cardiff no País de Gales, criou uma equação que diz que o pico de felicidade cai no dia 24 de junho. Hoje. Calma pessoal, infelizmente só vale para o hemisfério norte. Patrocinado por uma marca de sorvete, ele chegou à seguinte equação: O+(NxS)+Cpm/T+He. "O" são atividades ao ao ar-livre; "N" é a natureza; "S" representa fazer um social; "Cpm" são aqueles verões da infância e as boas lembranças; e "He" são os feriados e a expectativa de tempo livre. O extremo oposto varia na data, mas cai sempre no mesmo dia da semana, adivinhe... segunda-feira, é claro. Mas no inverno. Neste ano caiu em 23 de janeiro.
