Macarrãozinho
Diz o Galvão Bueno, na transmissão da Fórmula 1, que não acharam uma tradução para o 'graining' de pneus, por isso, dizem macarrãozinho. Bem, no dicionário está, é "granulação". E os macarrõezinhos são "grânulos". E olha que o locutor viaja bastante por aí.
