"Prefeitura de Ilhéus diz que comprou 36 mil ovos de Páscoa e os distribuiu na cidade, mas ninguém parece saber onde foi distribuída essa montanha de chocolate nem quando isso aconteceu. De acordo com processo de número 2698, o município teria adquirido, sem licitação, 36 mil ovos de Páscoa nesse ano. Ela teria pago, no dia 11 de abril, nada menos que R$ 70.920,00, já que, conforme a nota fiscal, cada ovo custou R$ 1,97."
