Vá lá que seja sempre bom ter um expert em zigue-zague no time, mas não nesse, já bem aquinhoado com um mestre driblador como capitão. O futuro, como bem define o Dicionário do Diabo, de Ambrose Bierce, é "aquele período do tempo no qual nossos interesses prosperam, nossos amigos são verdadeiros e nossa felicidade está assegurada." Belo emprego arranjou o sr. Unger, sem dúvida. Não vai servir a coisa alguma, é claro, exceto aos interesses do capitão do time e, talvez, aos do sr. Daniel Dantas. Tudo pago com dinheiro público.
E a dúvida: será que o sotaque do homem prenuncia o futuro?

It's true that it's always good to have a zigzagging expert in the team, but not in this one, already well endowed with a master dribbler as captain. The future, as is well defined by the Devil's Dictionary, by Ambrose Bierce, is "that period of time in which our affairs prosper, our friends are true and our happiness is assured." Mr. Unger landed a nice job, no question. It won't serve any purpose, of course, except, the interests of the captain of the team and, maybe, those of mr. Daniel Dantas. All paid with taxpayers money.
